Taking care of the house and of what surrounds us is synonymous with taking care of oneself, and perhaps one of the keys to a healthy life.

Before writing these lines, I have cleaned and tidied the room in which I find myself. In fact, homework is like writing an article. You look at what surrounds you, you look for the harmony of the whole, the essential, what perhaps is left over, and thus you polish the phrases or the objects, so that a certain order emerges, which takes shape in the space, the environment and the ideas.

I realize that the house and the environment do not need anyone to clean or move them: I am the one who needs to apply myself in this task to find my own balance and well-being. My daily cleaning will or will not benefit those around me; what is certain is that it benefits me.

Taking care of the house and what surrounds us is synonymous with taking care of oneself and perhaps one of the keys to a healthy life. Sometimes we complain that something is dirty because we wait for others to clean it.

However, the important thing is that everyone, when they feel that something needs cleaning or care, get to it, especially if it depends on themselves. We will realize that it helps to control the situation, and especially to control oneself.

When I see dust on the table, it’s time to clean it up. If there is no paper in the bathroom, I look for it and put it in. I am in charge of doing what needs to be done. Cleaning is a daily responsibility, a commitment. There is no one who should not be involved in cleaning. It’s a matter of manners, of good manners. And also health.

We generate too much garbage and educate so that others take care of cleaning it, to take care of our care and health, but those responsibilities cannot be left in the hands of others. If it is done, it causes chain work, a chain of exploitation, where freedom and health are often lost.

Know how to enjoy cleaning the home

Cleaning the house not only sanitizes the environment, it strengthens physically and psychologically. The important thing is to cultivate a daily habit. Maybe by waking up in the morning, letting in daylight and clean air to ventilate. Now, cleaning never ends.

There is always something to clean or, as soon as it is finished, something gets dirty again. That is why it is important to acquire discipline, to train in cleaning and ordering, so that the task is easy and becomes part of our daily enjoyment and happiness.
