There Are Days When Everything Changes

Suddenly something goes away. Something breaks, something transforms, something ends. Something dies. There are days when everything changes and nothing is the same again. Days that suddenly place us in a very specific place.
There are days when everything changes

We believe that everything is infinite.
That nothing will change.
That the objects will remain there without moving to please us.
We believe that we have all the time.
That things will stay magically.

We get used to the days when there are no frights.
Days equal to other days.
Nights the same as other nights.
It happens to us that we do not know when we ate something.
Was it Thursday or Tuesday?

Because the existence is calm and common.
It just goes on.
But suddenly something goes away.
Something breaks, something transforms, something ends.
Something dies.

There are days when everything changes and nothing is the same again.
Days that suddenly place us in a very specific place.
That make us think how lucky we were in those quiet days.
In which nothing happened.
But in which we were happy without knowing it.

Because they were all.
Because there was no pain.
Because there was to eat.
Because there was work.

All those days when we complained.
In which we envied the fortune of others.
In which we argued with our mother over nonsense.
And now we still don’t have a mother.

We believe that everything is infinite.
But is not.
And think about it.
We figure out.
It does not make us pessimistic people.

It makes us people who know how to value the here and now.
That they can relativize.
That they can appropriate the story and change the “I don’t have” for the question of what “I have” is.
Because if we have something, at the moment, it is life.

And although many times it is terrible and it is crossed by fear.
Although it is not easy at all.
Although it seems that the planets have aligned to screw us.
Life is a lot.

It’s too much.
It’s everything.
In fact life, every breath and every second.
It is an opportunity to look each other in the face.

To recognize us.
And to confirm.
That luck is still able to touch.
