The exercises must be understood as a “training” that prevents, helps and keeps the tissues worked in shape, so that the eyes move in a more dynamic and controlled way.

It is important to do eye exercises regularly and with concentration. You can’t correct existing visual damage, but you can probably prevent problems from appearing or getting worse. In some cases, this eye training can be valuable for:
